Good Fishing

Summer fishing in Portsmouth NH was in full swing as I took Matthew and their crew out for some inshore action with Fish Taco. We launched from Portsmouth Marina on a partly cloudy day, perfect conditions for targeting striped bass. The early morning start gave us a prime opportunity to hit the best spots before the day heated up.

With our gear rigged and ready, we set out to explore the productive waters around Portsmouth. We were going to catch some live mackerel for bait. The partly cloudy skies provided ideal conditions, keeping the fish active without the harsh glare of full sun.

LIve-lining the mackerel got us some nice hits and we boated one striper in the keeper range @ 29 inches.
